The industrial park has a total of 270 acres with 250 acres available. The largest tract available is 143 acres. The industrial site can be divided up to meet any manufacturing need. The site is owned by the Bolivar County Economic Development District. All utilities are located on or adjacent to the industrial park.
This site is in good proximity of the Rosedale-Bolivar County Port facility and slackwater channel to the Mississippi River. Distance to the port would be acceptable for pipeline delivery of liquid feedstocks or products.
All utilities are adjacent to the site. The water system is also tied in to the City of Rosedale water system in case additional water should be required in emergency situations. The City sewage system is a conventional two-stage activated sludge lagoon
The industrial park is less than one mile from the Rosedale-Bolivar County Port, a Mississippi River Port with a 9' depth channel and a 150 ton crane. The site is designed with a pipeline right-of-way.
