New Markets Tax Credits Eligible - Growth and Prosperity Program (GAP) Incentives - This building is located in the Charles W. Dean Industrial Park adjacent to the northeast city limits of Cleveland, MS. Cleveland is an excellant locale in which to conduct business. It is located within 500 miles of major U. S. cities such as Atlanta, Dallas, Memphis, Nashville, St. Louis, Birmingham and New Orleans. It also contains a great transportation infrastructure. The Rosedale-Bolivar County Port is just 20 miles away, providing direct access to the Mississippi River. The building was used as a chicken processing facility so all walls in the manufacturing, shipping and receiving are insulated. The walls are insulated metal panels.
